Are sessions only available through telehealth?

Yes. At this time all sessions are being held through telehealth on a HIPPA compliant video call.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, I am in network with Optum, Harvard Pilgrim, Allways Health Partners, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

What form of payments do you accept?

Cedit cards, HSA/ FSA

How is billing handled?

You are able to have a credit card on file as part of the medical record. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. Overdue balances must be paid before the next scheduled appointment. Payments more than 90 days overdue will be sent to collections.

What if I miss my scheduled appointment?

Missed or "no show" appointments will be charged the full fee

What if I am late to my session?

If you are late for the session we can still meet, however the session cannot be extended past the session time
